Victor Hesse was a murderer. There was no way around it. The man murdered Steve's dad, the one man Steve felt the closest too -- even if both of them had a difficult way of showing it sometimes. The day Hesse pulled the trigger was the day he signed his death certificate. Steve was hellbent on finding Hesse and ending him, even if that meant his own demise. Finding Hesse was one hell of a chore, but when Steve found him? He made him pay. Hesse would spend the rest of his life in prison; that was the best punishment Steve could ever ask for.
